The neighbourhood of Simcoe can be found in the city of Hamilton, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is very often the best way to navigate this part of the city. Finding a parking spot is quite easy, and most real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway. In contrast, the public transit in Simcoe is not very accessible. Biking is challenging in Simcoe because the cycling infrastructure is quite bad, and there are a fair number of slopes. Walking is also not very practical for home buyers in this part of the city since very few daily needs can be met without the use of a vehicle.

Services

Simcoe does not have any high schools or primary schools. Additionally, parents and their kids may consider it very hard to access daycares by foot. With regards to eating, a car is almost always required in Simcoe to reach the nearest supermarket.
