Transportation

Travelling by car is very easy in Patterson. The majority of homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, and it is especially convenient to park. It is challenging to travel by bike in Patterson because there is a considerable amount of hills, and the cycling network is not very extensive. Many of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also not very suitable for pedestrians as very few common errands can be run without a vehicle.
