Transportation

Getting around by public transit is convenient in this part of Vaughan. In particular, the closest rapid transit station, including Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station - Southbound Platform, Highway 7 / Creditstone Rd and Hwy 7 / Weston with access to the Yonge - University Line and orange | VIVA ORANGE, is commonly very close from most properties in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. However, there aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Vaughan, although many daily errands can be run on foot. Travelling by bicycle is difficult in Vaughan Corporate Business Centre since the terrain is not particularly flat, and the cycling network is not very extensive. Nonetheless, biking is better in certain sectors than others. In contrast, the preferred way to move around in this part of the city is usually driving. Most of the street infrastructure is well suited for cars, and it is a very short car ride to the nearest highway, such as Highway 400, from anywhere in this part of Vaughan.

Parents and their kids will value that wherever their property is situated in this part of Vaughan, daycares are close by. However, Vaughan Corporate Business Centre does not contain any primary schools or high schools. When it comes to food, the closest grocery store in this part of Vaughan is typically only a reasonably short walk away. Moreover, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, for instance along Colossus Drive, and a small selection of coffee shops is available as well. This neighbourhood is relatively quiet, due to the presence of very few pedestrians; however there can be more noise for those who are around Highway 407 or Highway 400.
