The neighbourhood of South Common is part of the city of Mississauga, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

South Common will appeal to property owners that use various methods of transportation. This part of the city is quite transit friendly. In particular, rapid transit stations, including South Common Centre Bus Terminal Platform H and South Common Centre Bus Terminal Platform C with access to the 110 | University Express, are typically nearby from most homes in the neighbourhood. House owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally nearby. South Common is also reasonably conducive to those who travel by foot; many daily needs are easy to meet by walking. Biking is convenient in this part of Mississauga as the cycling infrastructure is reasonably good.

Services

It is usually possible for house buyers in this area to purchase their groceries by walking. Furthermore, there are a fair number of opportunities for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes. Property owners benefit from a good number of nearby clothing stores. In terms of education, parents and their schoolchildren will welcome the proximity to schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, houses for sale in South Common.
