Transportation

The best way to move around in this part of Toronto is very often driving. It is straightforward to park, and nearby highways, such as Highway 401, are easy to reach from anywhere in Port Union. On the other hand, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not particularly frequent. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are generally nearby. The bicycle is a reasonably good mode of transportation in Port Union. In contrast, walking is not especially feasible for house buyers in this area as common errands are occasionally challenging to run without having to use a vehicle.

Services

A vehicle is commonly required in this part of Toronto to reach the closest supermarket. Nevertheless, getting to the nearest pharmacy and accordingly some basic food items is typically convenient. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops is available as well. When it comes to education, families will welcome that no matter where their property is situated in this part of the city, primary schools are close by. However, high schools are not especially plentiful and accordingly not always within walking distance.
