The neighbourhood of Nassagaweya is part of the town of Milton, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a great transportation option in this neighbourhood. Coming across a place to park is generally easy. Most homes for sale in this part of Milton are located in areas that are not very conducive to walking as very few common errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle. Bicycling is also challenging in this neighbourhood because the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive, and there are a good number of slopes.

Services

There are only a very small number of primary schools in this part of Milton and consequently they can be a very long walk away. In addition, Nassagaweya does not have any high schools. Parents have the choice between public and private elementary schools. As far as eating is concerned, it is very rarely an option for property owners in this neighbourhood to buy their groceries by walking.

Character

Most areas in Nassagaweya are reasonably quiet, as the streets are generally quite calm - although there are still several louder sections, especially near one of the railway lines or Highway 401. Parks are sparse, making them sometimes difficult to reach from most locations in the neighbourhood. Despite that, there are a few public green spaces nearby for residents to relax in.
