The neighbourhood of Langstaff is part of the town of Richmond Hill, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Langstaff provides home buyers with the choice between a diversity of methods of transportation. The public transit system in this area is reasonably good thanks to a multitude of nearby rapid transit stations on the orange | VIVA ORANGE, purple | VIVA PURPLE and blue | VIVA BLUE, and approximately 20 nearby bus lines. Langstaff will also attract active house buyers as it is well-suited for those who travel by foot; meeting day-to-day needs is easy by walking. Langstaff is not especially amenable to biking as there are a good number of elevation changes, and Langstaff is home to a sometimes poor cycling infrastructure.

Services

Parents and their kids will value that no matter where their property is situated in this neighbourhood, primary schools and daycares are close by. In contrast, Langstaff does not contain any high schools. With respect to food, the nearest grocery store in Langstaff is generally only a reasonably short walk away. Moreover, this area is a good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe, for example along Yonge Street.
