Transportation

No matter the medium of transportation, it is moderately straightforward to move around in this part of Toronto. This neighbourhood will attract home buyers who appreciate living in a compact community since it is reasonably walking-friendly; carrying out daily needs is easy without a car, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. This area is also moderately conducive to cycling. The transit service in this area is very practical as a result of 2 rapid transit stations (Kennedy Station - Westbound Platform and Kennedy Station - Subway Platform) with access to the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), and around 30 nearby bus lines. Getting around by car is also easy in Kennedy Park. Finding a place to park is quite easy.

Character

Finally, many parts of this neighbourhood are very calm and quiet, but some other areas can be noisy, especially close to one of the railway lines.
