Transportation

Kennedy Park will attract home buyers that use different modes of transportation. Active people will appreciate the quite pedestrian-friendly character of this area; running daily errands is easy, and there are also a good number of businesses close by. Kennedy Park is also quite amenable to bicycling. With 2 rapid transit stations (Kennedy Station - Westbound Platform and Kennedy Station - Subway Platform) on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), and approximately 30 nearby bus lines, commuting by public transit is very easy in this part of Toronto. Cars are also a fairly good mode of transportation in this part of the city. Parking is quite easy.

Services

Property owners in this part of Toronto will welcome that a grocery store is always only a short walk away. Additionally, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and residents benefit from a few cafes as well. With respect to education, daycares and schools are very convenient to walk to from any location in this neighbourhood. Character

This neighbourhood has many sections that are very serene and quiet, although other spots can be noisy, especially closer to one of the railway lines.
