High Park North provides property owners with the choice between a diversity of modes of transportation. This neighbourhood will attract active people as it is very well-suited for walking; carrying out day-to-day needs is very convenient, and there are also a good number of businesses nearby. High Park North is also a fairly pleasant part of Toronto for bike riders. For example, the bicycling infrastructure is reasonably good, and bike-share stations are hardly ever more than a short distance away. Owing to many nearby rapid transit stations on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), and a few nearby bus lines, the excellent public transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. This neighbourhood is also car friendly. Most real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway.
