The neighbourhood of Court-Cumberland can be found in the city of Thunder Bay, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Thunder Bay metropolitan area.

Transportation

Court-Cumberland will appeal to house buyers who want to reside in a community that's walkable as it is geared towards pedestrians; running common errands is convenient without the need to use a vehicle, and there are also a good number of businesses in proximity. This neighbourhood is also bike-friendly. Court-Cumberland is not especially transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, cars are a reasonably good means of transportation in Court-Cumberland. It is easy to find a parking spot.

Services

Property owners in Court-Cumberland will welcome that a grocery store is always only a very short stroll away. Likewise, there are a good number of choices for those who care about nearby restaurants and cafes.
