Transportation

Travelling by bicycle is easy in Court-Cumberland as. Physically active house buyers will also appreciate the reasonably pedestrian-friendly nature of this part of the city; many daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are reasonably nearby. Court-Cumberland is not particularly transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. On the other hand, the car is often the favoured method to get around in Court-Cumberland. Parking is easy.

Services

A grocery store is usually accessible within a very short walk from anywhere in this part of Thunder Bay. Furthermore, there are a good number of choices in close proximity for those who appreciate restaurants and cafes. As far as education is concerned, it is a rather short walk to get to primary schools and daycares from most properties for sale in this part of Thunder Bay. However, there are no high schools in this area.

Character

Court-Cumberland is fairly good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as the streets tend to be tranquil - although that is not the case around one of the railway lines.
