Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. Active property owners will value the reasonably cycling-friendly nature of College Park. More precisely, bicycling is made easier by the generally flat terrain. Walking is not particularly feasible for house buyers in this part of the city as few daily needs can be met without the use of a car.
