Tempo is very car friendly. The street layout is very well suited for cars, and it is very convenient to park. It is very impractical for people travelling by foot to navigate this part of the city since very few day-to-day needs can be met without the use of a vehicle. It is nearly impossible to get around by bike in Tempo as the cycling network is quite poor, and there are a fair number of slopes.
