Tempo is very car friendly. The vast majority of the street infrastructure is conducive to driving, and it is very convenient to access a parking spot. It is very inconvenient for pedestrians to move around in Tempo because very few day-to-day errands can be run on foot. Biking is almost impossible in Tempo as this part of the city is home to a quite bad bicycling infrastructure, and the area is not especially flat.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this area. Regarding food, property owners in this part of London almost always have to rely on a vehicle to shop for groceries.
