This neighbourhood is an extraordinarily good part of Hamilton for travelling by car. It is very easy to park, and nearby highways, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, are very easy to reach from any location in Hamilton Beach. In contrast, public transit users may experience few options in this neighbourhood due to the service's low frequency. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically very close. Walking is not very feasible for house buyers in Hamilton Beach because very few daily errands can be run on foot.

Services

Character

There is a great selection of green spaces in Hamilton Beach. Parks, including Beach Strip Open Space, are very well-distributed and there are a few of them nearby for residents to relax in, which makes them very easy to get to. Finally, it is relatively quiet in this part of the city, thanks to the presence of very few pedestrians.

Housing

Roughly 80% of the population of this neighbourhood own their home and the rest are renters. In this part of the city, most buildings are single detached homes, but duplexes are also present in the housing stock.
