Commuting by car is very easy in 1300. It is very convenient to park. Bicycling is at times difficult in this part of the city because there are a fair number of hills to challenge cyclists, and the cycling infrastructure is quite poor. 1300 is also not very convenient for walking because running common errands is very impractical.

Services

It is very rarely an option for house buyers in 1300 to do their groceries by walking. As far as education is concerned, primary schools often necessitate a very long walk to get to, and there are no high schools in 1300.
