Lincoln Oaks is a fairly good part of Cambridge for driving. It is convenient to park. In contrast, this area is not an especially pleasant part of Cambridge for moving around by public transit. Nonetheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences.
