Transportation

The preferred approach to move around in this neighbourhood is usually driving. It is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway, such as Highway 403, from any home in this part of Brantford, and it is very convenient to find a parking spot. Bicycling is occasionally challenging in Mayfair as the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed. Nevertheless, there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave. It is also at times challenging for pedestrians to navigate this neighbourhood because carrying out daily needs is sometimes challenging.

Services

Families will appreciate the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from most properties for sale in this area. However, there are no high schools in Mayfair.
