The community of Prospect Bay is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

The favoured transportation option in Prospect Bay is very often driving. Finding a parking spot is generally easy. Getting around by bicycle is very difficult in this part of the municipality as the bicycling network is not very comprehensive, and riding is made strenuous by the often steep terrain.
