Transportation

Commuting by car is very convenient in this part of the municipality. Finding a parking spot is easy. This part of Halifax is not very suitable for those who travel by foot as meeting daily needs is almost impossible by walking. Portuguese Cove is also not especially cycling-friendly because bike riders are faced with a considerable amount of slopes, and the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive.
