Transportation

This area is very car friendly. It is especially convenient to find a parking spot. However, the public transit system in Auburn is rather limited. Nonetheless, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Auburn is not very convenient for walking since most daily needs are impractical to meet without having to use a car.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to get to secondary schools and daycares from anywhere in this part of Halifax. In contrast, there are no primary schools in Auburn.
