Transportation

Cars are a great transportation option in this neighbourhood. Nearby highways are quite easy to reach from any location in Africville, and it is very convenient to park. However, the public transit network in this area is rather poor. Nevertheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most houses. Biking is easy in this area as. However, there aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of this neighbourhood, even though running common errands is easy.

Services

It is rarely an option for house buyers in Africville to buy their groceries by walking. With respect to education, both primary and secondary schools are convenient to reach on foot from anywhere in Africville. In contrast, there are only a few daycares and consequently they can be a long walk away.

Character

Africville is a good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience.
