Cars are a great transportation option in Terence Bay. It is very easy to access a parking spot. Terence Bay is not very conducive to bicycling as cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of slopes, and there are very few bike lanes. Most houses for sale in this community are located in places that are also not very suitable for those who travel by foot as almost no daily errands can be run without needing to resort to a car.

Terence Bay does not contain any high schools or primary schools. With respect to food, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is needed to buy groceries.

Character

Terence Bay is great for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
