Transportation

Lower Prospect is an extraordinarily good part of Halifax for getting around by car. It is very easy to find a place to park. Lower Prospect is not very appropriate for cycling as the cycling network is not very extensive, and cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of hills. Walking is also not very convenient for residents in this area as most daily needs are practically impossible to meet without a vehicle.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of Halifax. When it comes to eating, purchasing one's groceries very often requires the use of a vehicle in Lower Prospect.

Character

Lower Prospect is a wonderful community to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm environment. Lower Prospect is excellent for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as the streets are generally especially tranquil.
