This community is very car friendly. It is very easy to park. Travelling on foot is not very feasible for home buyers in this part of Halifax as many daily needs are nearly impossible to carry out without the use of a car. This community is also not very appropriate for bicycling since the cycling network is quite bad, and there is a considerable amount of slopes.

Services

House buyers in this part of the municipality almost always have to turn to a car to reach the closest grocery store. Concerning education, there are only a few primary schools in this area and accordingly they can be a rather long walk away. Furthermore, this community does not contain any high schools.
