Prime Brook

The community of Prime Brook is part of the municipality of Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Cape Breton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Prime Brook is particularly car friendly. Many homes for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, and parking is easy. This area is not very suitable for pedestrians as most daily needs are at times challenging to meet without the use of a vehicle. However, Prime Brook is cycling-friendly.

Services

Daycares and schools are very easy to access without the use of a vehicle from any location in this part of the municipality. Regarding food, property owners in Prime Brook will appreciate that a grocery store is always only a rather long stroll away. Likewise, there is usually a restaurant or cafe just around the corner.
