Transportation

The preferred way to move around in Caribou Marsh is usually driving. It is especially convenient to access a place to park. Walking is not very feasible for house buyers in Caribou Marsh since running common errands is very inconvenient without a vehicle. It is also difficult to travel by bike in this part of the municipality because the bicycling network is not very well-developed, and there are a fair number of slopes.

Services

This part of Cape Breton Municipality does not have any high schools or primary schools. When it comes to eating, a car is almost always required in this area to reach the closest supermarket.

Character

Caribou Marsh offers a slower-paced ambience and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. This community is very quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.
