Christmas Island is a community within Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Cape Breton metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred way to navigate this community is usually driving. Accessing a parking spot is generally easy. This part of the municipality is not very amenable to biking because there are very few bike lanes, and cyclists encounter a significant amount of slopes. It is also very inconvenient for pedestrians to navigate Christmas Island as almost no common errands can be run without a vehicle.
