Transportation

Physically active property owners will welcome the quite pedestrian-friendly character of this area; running common errands is easy by walking. Commuting by transit can be difficult in this area due to the infrequent service. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, driving is a very good transportation option in Government House. It is convenient to park, and many real estate listings are a very short drive from the nearest highway.

Services

In Government House, parents and their schoolchildren will generally be able to get to schools and daycares on foot. With respect to eating, it is especially convenient to access the nearest supermarket by walking in this neighbourhood.
