Transportation

This area is an extremely good part of Mount Pearl for driving. Parking is quite easy, and the majority of properties for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway. On the other hand, Newtown is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Getting around by bicycle is convenient in Newtown because the bicycling network is comprehensive. Newtown is not particularly suitable for those who travel by foot since few daily needs can be carried out by walking.
