On the other hand, the public transit service in this area is not very frequent. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically just around the corner. It is difficult for pedestrians to navigate this part of the city as few daily errands can be run on foot.

Getting to the closest supermarket by walking is feasible for some, but not all, house buyers in Mount Pleasant. There are a few restaurants in this part of the city. In terms of education, families will welcome the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from most properties for sale in this area.
