Transportation

Sentinel Hill is quite appropriate for biking since. It is also convenient for pedestrians to navigate this part of the municipality; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. This area is an extraordinarily convenient part of West Vancouver for travelling by car. Most properties for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Taylor Offramp Way, and it is easy to come across a parking spot. In contrast, commuting by transit can be difficult in Sentinel Hill as a result of the service's low frequency. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are commonly nearby.

Services

Families will value that no matter where their property is located in this neighbourhood, primary schools and daycares are nearby. However, this area does not contain any high schools. This area is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. About three quarters of the population of this neighbourhood own their home and the rest are renters. The buildings in this neighbourhood are quite old, since about 40% of its buildings were built pre-1960, while most of the remaining buildings were built in the 1960s and the 2000s.
