Transportation

The preferred approach to get around in this part of West Kelowna is usually a car. Coming across a parking spot is quite easy. Travelling by bicycle is convenient in this part of West Kelowna. It is very difficult for people walking to move around in Casa Loma since almost no common errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

Casa Loma does not contain any high schools or primary schools. Moreover, daycares are not numerous and consequently not always within a short distance. When it comes to eating, accessing the nearest supermarket without a car is feasible for some, but not all, house buyers in this part of the municipality.

Character

Home buyers who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere will enjoy Casa Loma. This part of West Kelowna is very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Lastly, most locations within the neighbourhood have reasonably good access to green spaces, like Casa Palmero Park, since there are a few of them nearby for residents to explore.
