Transportation

Biking is easy in this area as Newton features good cycling infrastructure. People who want to live in a community that's walkable will also enjoy the reasonably pedestrian-friendly character of Newton; many daily needs are convenient to meet without a vehicle. The car is often the preferred way to navigate this neighbourhood. It is convenient to park. However, Newton is not an especially convenient part of Surrey for travelling by public transit. Thankfully, there are about 20 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most properties are very close to a bus stop.
