Nordel is a neighbourhood within Delta, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is a good transportation option in Nordel. Parking is generally easy, and the majority of homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway. In contrast, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is not very frequent. Thankfully, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. Nordel is reasonably amenable to biking because there are a large number of bike lanes. On the other hand, travelling by foot is not very common in this neighbourhood, despite the fact that many daily errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle.

Services

In Nordel, parents and their children will generally be able to access daycares and schools on foot. With regards to eating, reaching the nearest supermarket by walking is possible for some, but not all, home buyers in Nordel. A small number of restaurants and cafes are available as well.
