Transportation

This neighbourhood is especially car friendly. Parking is easy. On the other hand, the public transit system in Elgin Chantrell is rather poor. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. It is easy to travel by bike in this part of the city. Most houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very conducive to walking because few common errands can be run without having to use a vehicle.

Services

Some, but not all, house buyers in this part of Surrey will live within walking distance of the closest grocery store. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops are available as well. Regarding education, it is a reasonably short walk to reach primary schools from anywhere in Elgin Chantrell. In contrast, parents and their children may find it difficult to reach high schools as a pedestrian.
