Skwah 4 is very car friendly. It is very convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit service in Skwah 4 is quite poor. This neighbourhood is reasonably amenable to cycling. This neighbourhood is not very convenient for those who like to travel on foot because running daily errands is occasionally difficult without needing to resort to a car.

Services

A supermarket is usually reachable within an extended distance from most homes for sale in this part of Skwah 4. Additionally, it is easy to reach the closest cafe without the need for a vehicle. Regarding education, families will appreciate that no matter where their house is situated in Skwah 4, primary schools and daycares are nearby. However, there are no high schools in this area.

Character

Skwah 4 is a great neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm atmosphere. Skwah 4 is especially quiet, as there are low levels of noise from traffic. Parks aren't well-spread out, making it very difficult to get to them.
