Housing

A majority of the houses available in the housing market in Queensborough were built after the year 2000, when most of the housing growth took place. Duplexes are the most common housing type, representing around 30% of dwellings in this neighbourhood, whereas the remainder are mainly small apartment buildings and single detached homes.
