Lastly, green spaces, such as Ryall Park/Queensborough Community Centre, are especially well-situated and there are approximately 10 of them nearby for residents to visit, which makes it easy to reach them.

Housing

A majority of the housing growth in Queensborough has occurred after the year 2000. Around 30% of dwellings are duplexes, making it easy to find duplexes in this part of the city, but small apartment buildings and single detached homes are also present in the housing stock.
