The neighbourhood of Sunset Beach is part of the municipality of West Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is a great transportation option in Sunset Beach. It is especially convenient to park, and the majority of homes for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway. On the other hand, getting around by public transit is difficult in Sunset Beach. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. It is very difficult for pedestrians to navigate this area as meeting daily needs is very inconvenient. Sunset Beach is also not very cycling-friendly because cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of hills, and there are very few bike lanes.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Sunset Beach. When it comes to food, in all cases, a vehicle is required to do groceries.

Character

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Sunset Beach. Parks are especially well-distributed and there are a few of them nearby for residents to discover, which makes it easy to get to them. This area is relatively quiet, as there are very few pedestrians.
