South Surrey is a neighbourhood within Surrey, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

A majority of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are moderately convenient for those who travel on foot; most daily needs are easy to meet without a car. Biking is also convenient in South Surrey as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Public transit users may have few options in this area by reason of the infrequent service.
