King George Corridor

King George Corridor is a neighbourhood within Surrey, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

It is easy for pedestrians to navigate this area; many common errands can be run without needing a car. This neighbourhood is also suited for bicycling as the cycling network is fairly comprehensive. King George Corridor is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are typically very close by. In contrast, King George Corridor is a very convenient part of Surrey for moving around by car. It is convenient to park, and the majority of homes for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 99.

Services

It is very often feasible for property owners in this part of the city to do groceries without the use of a car. Residents can enjoy over 50 restaurants and cafes as well. With regards to education, it is a reasonably short distance to access schools and daycares from most properties for sale in King George Corridor.
