Transportation

Thanks to many nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Expo Line, and a few nearby bus lines, the very good public transit access makes transit a viable option for many people. Active house buyers will also value the very pedestrian-friendly nature of Downtown; most daily needs are easy to meet on foot, and various businesses are nearby. Moving around by bicycle is easy in this neighbourhood since there are a good number of bike lanes.

Services

Daycares and schools are very convenient to access on foot from most homes for sale in Downtown. Families benefit from public and private schools at both the elementary and high school level. When it comes to food, it is especially easy to get to the closest supermarket on foot from any home in this part of the city. In addition, Downtown is a good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe.
