Transportation

The best method to get around in Mount Dufferin is usually a car. It is very easy to come across a parking spot, and most houses for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway. In contrast, getting around by public transit is very hard in this part of Kamloops. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and most residences are near a bus stop. It is challenging for pedestrians to move around in Mount Dufferin as carrying out daily needs is difficult.

Services

Some house buyers in Mount Dufferin may be able to reach the nearest supermarket on foot, while others will have to turn to a vehicle. Residents benefit from around 20 restaurants and cafes as well. Regarding education, there are only a few primary schools in Mount Dufferin and therefore they can be a long walk away. Likewise, this area does not contain any high schools.
