Residents have access to about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Tillicum is also conducive to pedestrians; most daily needs are easy to meet without the use of a car, and many businesses are reasonably close at hand. Physically active house buyers will appreciate the moderately bike-friendly nature of this part of the municipality. For instance, there are a good number of bike lanes.

Services

It is usually feasible for home buyers in Tillicum to purchase their groceries without a car.
