Reaching the nearest supermarket on foot is feasible for some, but not all, house buyers in this part of the city. There are also a few opportunities for those who care about restaurants in close proximity. In terms of education, daycares are easy to reach on foot from most houses for sale in Southeast Kelowna. However, primary schools are not abundant in this part of Kelowna, and thus not always within walking distance, and there are no high schools. Residents can choose between public and private primary schools.

Character

Southeast Kelowna is a wonderful sector to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. This sector is also very quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic.
