The bike is a good mode of transportation in Southeast Kelowna. A majority of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very conducive to walking since almost no daily needs can be carried out without having to resort to a vehicle.

Services

A portion of property owners in this area may be able to travel to the nearest supermarket on foot, while others will have to rely on another means of transportation. There are also a few options for those who value close by restaurants. With regards to education, families will appreciate that no matter where their property is located in this part of the city, daycares are close by. On the other hand, primary schools are not particularly abundant in this sector, and consequently not always within walking distance, and there are no high schools. At the primary level, both public and private schools can be found.

Character

The character of Southeast Kelowna is exemplified by its relaxed environment.
