Part of the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area, Valley South is a community within Chilliwack, British Columbia.

Transportation

Driving is usually the preferred approach to navigate this part of Chilliwack. It is very easy to come across a place to park. In contrast, commuting by transit can be challenging in this area by reason of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the community, and it is straightforward to get to a nearby bus stop from most houses. Travelling by bicycle is easy in Valley South. Walking is not especially practical for house buyers in this community as running daily errands is occasionally challenging.

Services

The closest supermarket in this area is usually only a rather short walk away. Residents benefit from a few restaurants and cafes as well. With respect to education, both primary and secondary schools are easy to get to on foot from most properties for sale in Valley South. On the other hand, there are only a few daycares and therefore they can be a rather long walk away.

Character

Valley South is especially quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic close to the railway line or Trans-Canada Highway. Parks are sparse, which results in them being very difficult to reach from most locations in the community.
