Skway 5 is a reserve within Skway 5, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Chilliwack metropolitan area.

Transportation

Commuting by car is very easy in this part of Skway 5. Parking is easy. However, public transit riders may experience very few options in Skway 5 by reason of the low service level. A fair number of people in the area use their bicycle as riding a bike is facilitated by the generally flat terrain. This part of the reserve is not very well-suited for those who travel by foot as running common errands is sometimes challenging by walking.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Skway 5. Moreover, families may find it challenging for their children to get to daycares on foot. With respect to eating, buying one's groceries usually demands the use of a vehicle in this reserve.

Character

Skway 5 is very good for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic. Green spaces aren't well-situated, which makes it very difficult to reach them.

Housing

Nearly all of the properties in the reserve are occupied by renters whereas owners occupy the remainder. The predominance of single detached homes in the housing stock of this area is an important part of its character. Roughly one third of homes in this reserve were built between 1960 and 1980, while the majority of the remaining buildings were built in the 1980s and the 1990s. This reserve is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.
